"We had two sickly pines in our backyard that we needed a true, experienced professional to remove. We thought we would meet with several arborists before picking one. However, after meeting with and doing a walk and talk with Bill and Stephanie, we looked no further. Lovely people, professional and knowledgeable. Stephanie explains what Bill is doing, and Bill gives a very thorough assessment of the trees as he works. We felt that they truly cared about doing good work. Of the several tree service companies that came to evaluate our situation with some very large trees that concerned us, Bill (the owner) came, as scheduled, and gave a very thorough consultation of how best to manage and deal with them. His bid was very reasonable for taking out some trees and trimming the others. I appreciated the time he spent answering all of my questions and concerns, as well as the way he handled the whole project in a very professional manner.
